SELECTION CRITERIA


The housing staff or a representative of the managing agent will initially interview all
applicants.

It will be the responsibility of the housing staff or management agent to inform the
applicant in writing of their rejection or approval.  

The housing staff or management agent will notify applicants who are rejected, in writing,
and the applicants will be informed of their option to appeal this decision.

The St. Timothy’s Tower will keep the following information on file for each applicant for
three (3) years: application, initial rejection notice, any applicant response, The St.
Timothy’s Tower final reply, and all interview or verified information upon which the
rejection was based.
